Pros

good benefits, lots of variety, opportunity for internal job transfers, meet lots of people, you're doing good in the world, good culture

Cons

Too much bureaucracy, pays less than other area hospitals, responsibilities vary greatly from department to department even though it is the same role, staffing ratios are often inadequate. A lot of promises get made and then not delivered on. There is insufficient reward to hard work/ good employees; their procedures & policies encourage mediocrity.

Management doesn't answer questions, don't get the training you requested when they change your job, add extra duties with no additional pay and without your previous knowledge.
