The caring and concern of the co-workers was no longer evident, but they still preached the same sermon they did when the nuns were more visible. So, in essence, they should have practiced what they preached. You were promoted - but you had to accept it whether or not you were comfortable with the position or not. There are a number of "fake" leaders there - not to be trusted by their words.
