Pros

Great team to work with

Cons

You only have 7 call in days per year. On your 8th call in day, you are terminated. If you ask for time off it depends on whether or not the prn staff want to come in. It should be that prn are told to come in when full timers ask off. Management does not care about your personal life unless you have kids - in that case you can do whatever you care to do. Expect to work a lot of overtime and 8 hour days on Saturday because we have not been fully staffed for 8 months. There is no opportunity for growth. None. And the salary is awful. You do not get paid for your education (having a masters) and what you deal with on a daily basis.
