      Three days. Twelve hour shifts. Management is very open and understanding. Loved my co workers. Uniform was a nice thing

      Cons

      Pay. Don't work here then try to transfer. They don't factor in your experience before them in the pay. 8 occurances for a years time not enough.

      Good base rate: starts at 30 with 10k sign on bonus Weekend program gets an extra 9.50 an hr Diffs are Evenings: 2. Nights: 4. Weekends: 1.5

      Cons

      Very short staffed They mark everyone as “average” on performance reviews so they only have to give you a 3% raise Last year due to “budget cuts” they only gave every person a 2.5% raise even those 1/3 of our staff had quit. We have like half of the staffing we used to have If you spend the night during a snow storm you don’t get anything for it
