Pros

Pay is best for the area at $31 an hour for BSN nurses. Lots of improvements coming to the hospital, rapid expansion and they are no profit so they pay for some patients medical expenses. Cafe is super good, local coffee and pastries.

Cons

Low staffing, they build and expand consistently but don’t bring in the staffing that is necessary to safely run the place. Cafeteria is awful, and the management has super high turnover rates. Benefits are meh.
