Pros

Regular (every 2-3 years) they do market adjustments to pay to bring staff pay up to market rates.

Cons

401k matching is done on an annual basis rather than regularly throughout the year. PTO is not paid out until you've been with company for 3 years. Annual merit increase/cost of living adjustment is set at max of 2.5%.
