Pay is below other similar positions at other healthcare facilities. Very lean standards can make for long hours, when salaried. Low level of understanding of departmental needs and operations which flows into decision making without understanding the workflow, even at a low level. Pay is not equal for women coworkers, although some effort has been made to rectify this.
