      Great coworkers, some flexibility, excellent experience to leverage into future positions

      Cons

      Pay is awful and you don't get to negotiate raises. Leadership lacks compassion. Managers will lie to manipulate employees into staying or taking on tasks that are inappropriate for their roles. Benefits are regularly stripped away.
