Pros
The only pro I can think of is some of the other techs you work with can make the job more enjoyable.
Cons
Low pay. You will work nights, holidays, weekends etc. They will call you on your day off to see if you can come in because they are always short staffed. Horrible management. Most of the nurses that work the day shift are burnt out, lazy, and grumpy.
