      Pros

      Staff members are great to work with but upper management CNO seem disconnected from staff, rude and bad bedside manner. Difficult to move into other positions.

      Cons

      Health care benefits are not good, mostly paid out of pocket even with their insurance. Hospital seems to financially struggle and constantly making cuts.
