Pros
Team oriented, everyone will try to help you if they can. Also, most of my coworkers are absolutely awesome people. The job is challenging and provides good mental stimulation.
Cons
The work-life balance is something that is being improved but still needs to be worked on in my opinion. The focus is always on growth and new things and not making sure that the current situation is running as efficiently as possible. This contributes to both employee and customer dissatisfaction.
