      Pros

      Caring management and staff that were there to help every step of the way. The orientation period was thorough and I was able to get the whole orientation time that was scheduled.

      Cons

      The only complaint I have is that my experience with the Hospice division was not for a much more extended time

      They give you decent time off especially after you've been there a number of years.

      I think your experience all depends a lot on manager-- some care, some don't care enough.
