      Pros

      Very smart people to work with. Certain Managers are really helpful. Can learn a lot and gain lots of experiences.

      Cons

      The pay is some of the lowest in the area for hospital RNs. Expect way too much out of their staff in certain units with a "Don't Care" attitude from higher ups. Very little support staff in some units. Unable to use sick time when you are actually sick without jumping through hoops.

      They give you decent time off especially after you've been there a number of years.

      I think your experience all depends a lot on manager-- some care, some don't care enough.
