Family oriented leadership, team work driven

Not enough direction from corporate leadership - little to no communication at this time.

Flexible hours and the work is straightforward and easy. It's an honorable job where you are helping people. Decent place to work part time if you are in school or close to retirement. Air conditioned and clean.

Pay is mediocre and a lot of the staff there can be very rude and unprofessional. Not all of them but a lot of them. Coworkers in department will actively avoid work creating an uneven workload between employees. No yearly raises or room for growth. It's just a job.
