Upper management and supervisors are looking to save upper management money and make bonuses to sell out the floor nurses. The equipment or supplies needed to complete a job safely and effectively were either not in proper working condition or cheap and not or barely usable. Employees got treated like they were a nuisance and most perks were being taken away one by one to also save money to pay the higher up administration, office staff and supervisors. Taking the care away from patients and for those who do the job to complete safe, effective and well deserving patient care.
