Awful Management, Awful Pay - Registrar Mercy Health Employee Review

I think they hired the first thing that walked in off the street and called her a manager. She does not communicate to us ahead of time. Instead we find things out as they are happening and look dumb. There is no rhyme or reason to what we are paid (i.e., someone with more education and experience getting paid about $3 less than someone with less education/experience). They have their favorites and it shows. Rules do not apply to everyone and they change every day. I could go on and on. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Mercy.
