Pros
I've worked there for 2 1/2 years and love most of the people I work with. It is a "no lift" facility, so the machines we use are very helpful on our bodies. It doesnt smell and the rooms are of good size to manoover. CPR certification is free. STNA are union and make good money.
Cons
The team has to work short often and the DON doesnt fire people that call off to much. Some Aides shouldnt be working, but are. It is hard to get days off that you want and you have to work 3 weekends in a month.
