      Pros

      I work in physican billing and it was a decent job, patients and lack of understanding about HIPAA and EOB made on the patient side made the job interesting. Calls were recorded and graded. The system was very buddy buddy so it was hard to advance

      Getting yelled at alot by patients

      They give you decent time off especially after you've been there a number of years.

      I think your experience all depends a lot on manager-- some care, some don't care enough.
