Pros
Annual continuing education stipend, seven paid holidays, clean facilities with excellent state and JCAHO compliance. Consistent referral source from the physicians in the Mercy Health system.
Cons
There is little to no opportunity for career advancement. Very minimal annual raise in hourly rate and it has been an across the board (nurses, PT, OT, MA, EVERYONE) percentage the past two years (and it's not enough to keep up with cost of living) and no performance incentive.
