Pros
Colleagues are great. 401k matching is good.
Cons
Pay is not competitive when you consider how many extra hours you work without compensation (e.g. call). Call is not factored in to your pay as told. No raises, no continuing ed benefits. Never get to use time off because of the pay structure-you lose your pay if you take time off. Management makes a lot of promises but nothing changes.
