      Pros

      The MercyOne North Iowa Critical Care Unit is a family of nurses. The nurses are so supportive to work with. The reason I enjoy coming to work is because of the people I work alongside.

      Cons

      The other floors aren't as well staffed and supportive.

      Excellent colleagues, experienced leadership, opportunities for advancement, and provides great benefit to the community.

      Cons

      Experiencing some changes in scope as we adapt to a more regionalized structure, but will be a positive in the long run.

      Pros

      MercyOne is a wonderful organization to work for. Family-Friendly and a nice culture. Senior leadership cares about the colleagues and it feels evident. Staff are friendly and say hello when passing in the hallways. Staff will always stop to assist someone who doesn't know where they are supposed to go.

      Cons

      I would love more lunch options. That is not really a con, though.
