      Excellent colleagues. Loved the personal care aspect and enjoyed coming into work and making a difference, immediate and long term.

      Cons

      New corporate management and started pinching dollars. Low quality items affected patient satisfaction. Did not have a feel for high quality.

      Excellent colleagues, experienced leadership, opportunities for advancement, and provides great benefit to the community.

      Cons

      Experiencing some changes in scope as we adapt to a more regionalized structure, but will be a positive in the long run.

      Pros

      MercyOne is a wonderful organization to work for. Family-Friendly and a nice culture. Senior leadership cares about the colleagues and it feels evident. Staff are friendly and say hello when passing in the hallways. Staff will always stop to assist someone who doesn't know where they are supposed to go.

      Cons

      I would love more lunch options. That is not really a con, though.
