      A lot of great hard working employees!

      Cons

      Senior leadership doesn't listen to their employees. They keep cutting ancillary staff and adding more work to them while giving nurses bonuses. Wages are not fair, HR says there isn't anything they can do to help. Overworked and understaffed routinely. Very high burnout rate at this location.

      Excellent colleagues, experienced leadership, opportunities for advancement, and provides great benefit to the community.

      Experiencing some changes in scope as we adapt to a more regionalized structure, but will be a positive in the long run.

      -Good Manager -departments worked well together

      Cons

      -poor culture, this got ruined when they handed out green sunglasses to everyone during covid-that was their thank you! -no recognition -very unfriendly senior leadership
