Pros

Management typically left us alone in our department unless something went wrong

Once you are capped out in pay, there are no increases.

Pros

I think this is a great company to work for. Although, I have chosen a different career path in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition. I think Project SEARCH is a key aspect of this being a best place to work.

Cons

I dont really have any at this time

Pros

Great experience working with patients, definitely gets your foot in the door for healthcare. Ability to move up in the company IF YOU DO EVERYTHING PERFECT, you see many different things, so again great experience in general

Cons

Cliquey environment amongst both management and co workers. Co workers WILL talk about you and everyone, super you will not be happy here. Racism is a real thing here. You will get in trouble for not being able to collect co pays when its literally not in your control, you will get in trouble for any smallest thing which ends up in a "pip", meaning you cannot move in the company for at least another 6 months. Getting hours is impossible, you will not have a secure income. Do not work here if you have real financial responsibilities or kids. Again, management is extremely Cliquey and favoritism is extremely prevalent. Your managers are completely absent and they are not on your side. Also, this job just sucks, like everyone is yelling at you, super high stress. You're yelled at by nurses, patients, management, and your co workers. Co workers are very lazy, the turnover rate is just awful. If you value any happiness you have in your life, seriously reconsider working, everybody here is miserable
