Pros

I have made friends here even though most of them are long gone.

Cons

- Most toxic workplace I've ever worked at. Being aggressive and throwing temper tantrums in place of being competent were pretty much the standard behavior patterns of most non-technical managers. - Speaking of managers, the vast majority of middle/upper-tier managers were allergic to personal responsibility for their performance. As soon as one received a PiP, it became the problem of the underling contributors. Good managers don't chronically blame-their staff. - Terrible business acumen. They killed their base of motivated knowledgeable staff in favor of high school graduates who would work for cheap. - All of the terrible management behavior and business decisions were modeled by the CEO, who puts statues of himself all over the grounds. He would have been out of the picture long ago were it a publicly-traded company.

Pros

I think this is a great company to work for. Although, I have chosen a different career path in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition. I think Project SEARCH is a key aspect of this being a best place to work.

Cons

I dont really have any at this time
