      Love the job I do and people I work with well most of them

      Cons

      Never give raises, does not appreciate hard work,benefits cost to much to have. Only work here if you never want to move up and never want to leave the base pay as you'll never get raises

      Thanks for writing us a review on Glassdoor and providing some feedback. Both Meridian IT and Meridian Leasing conduct performance reviews on an annual basis and base pay is renegotiated. Additionally, managers are encouraged to provide regular feedback about performance throughout the year.       Pros

      Generous PTO plan, PTO on a birthday day. Free lunches, company gatherings and events. Independently working, no micromanaging. Team work across all departments.

      Cons

      Slow process of applying new technologies and new methods.

      Pros

      The culture of this organization is fantastic fueled by a growth engine. Leadership gets it. The people get it. The average tenure is 14 years. Wow - let the people tell you what it's like to work for a company that respects its employees and provides growth opportunities and fair compensation.

      Cons

      This place is not for someone that needs to be told what to do and how to do it. Entrepreneurial spirit is rewarded and expected.
