      Pros

      Boss's are accommodating to personal matters and are flexible with work schedule. Employees are treated generously and with respect. Serious environment however casual conversations are never frowned upon.

      Cons

      Private company so some employees speak out about unprofessional topics without consideration of offending others. HR doesn't seem to care and never does anything about this. Also multiple international related companies so communication can get lost or unheard.

      Thank you for writing a review for us on Glassdoor. We appreciate your constructive feedback! HR has been working with employees on keeping unprofessional/offensive topics out of the office. We definitely do not want to lose a valuable employee because action was not taken. The communication issue between the international companies does get difficult at times, but with the implementation of Salesforce Chatter, we are hoping to improve. Thanks again for your comments!

      Pros

      Generous PTO plan, PTO on a birthday day. Free lunches, company gatherings and events. Independently working, no micromanaging. Team work across all departments.

      Cons

      Slow process of applying new technologies and new methods.

      Pros

      The culture of this organization is fantastic fueled by a growth engine. Leadership gets it. The people get it. The average tenure is 14 years. Wow - let the people tell you what it's like to work for a company that respects its employees and provides growth opportunities and fair compensation.

      Cons

      This place is not for someone that needs to be told what to do and how to do it. Entrepreneurial spirit is rewarded and expected.
