Thank you for posting a review for Meridian Group on glassdoor. It's nice to receive feedback, especially from one of our employees in California! We are currently hiring quite a few positions at Meridian IT to prevent us from being short staffed. One thing we value is work/life balance and we don't want our employees to feel unsupported or overworked when it comes to the growing business. Hopefully we can fill those positions soon! We are aware that management changes sometimes, but we think it's because we offer flexibility for good employees to grow their careers, plus we have to adapt our hierarchy to accommodate business and strategy changes.
