Job sounded good on paper. Base pay, commission, and car allowance. Supervisor will be too busy to micromanage you.
Cons
Field sales reps will be responsible for sitting on an AR meeting weekly, track down customers who don’t pay. Have to lie to customers to win business. Prices are too high to compete with market. Customers run away from business due to online reviews. No training. No inventory to sell containers, false promise dates. Will require you to travel out of state and then change plans last min. Trucks break down for weeks at a time without service for paying customers. Price increases with no warning and fuel/environmental fees. Stay far away from this company! No one stays longer than a year.
