While no company is a perfect fit for everyone, the overwhelming majority of ML employees are happy, as exemplified by our retention rate of 92%. MeridianLink’s 19-year track record of keeping its family members from “leaving for better opportunities/environments/pay/benefits” speaks for itself. This is further evidenced by our highly competitive benefits/compensation packages coupled with firm commitments to increase budgetary investments aimed directly at employees.
That being said, we are disheartened when any team member finds themselves in a position where they are not receiving the most out of their career journey with MeridianLink. We encourage such a person to speak with any manager, HR manager, or our president for advice and/or help developing a personal action plan.
