Flexible or say they say but when it comes down to it if it’s a small office your required to figure it out

Micromanaging when managers aren’t even on site. They don’t properly staff their branches and overwork people with no pay raises even when they’re requested. The squeaky wheels get promoted when other people are doing their work for them to help out.
