Pros

The compensation is really good for most job titles.

Cons

Upper management in MIS created a very toxic environment. One person in particular demeans, disrespects, and humiliates personnel under him in front of the entire team on a regular basis. This person should have never been promoted to his current position and should have been removed long ago.

Pros

Dedicated employees, meaningful work, strong technical talent, and a collaborative environment focused on product.

Cons

Communication between leadership and the production floor can sometimes be indirect, resulting in assumptions, delays, and avoidable rework. More hands-on engagement from management would improve efficiency and alignment. Raises are practically nonexistence. Whatever salary you start, be sure to be happy with it for the next few years or be prepare to switch company.
