Business Outlook
Pros
Great work life balance, parking lot clears out at 5:00 PM. Get some early dismissals before holidays which is really nice! Respectful culture. Started hiring from the outside in the marketing department (candidates outside of Utah). Good pay for the valley.
Cons
CEO can be a little quirky but he has a good heart. Products tend to be accessory products that may not be the most exciting to work on. Lots of travel both in the U.S. and internationally. Sales driven company rather than marketing driven. Sales force is pretty needy at times and most of the sales force has been with the company for years and years, it's hard to change their habits. Internal processes are a bit hard to navigate for copy approval.
