Pension schemes and insurance schemes are not declared in advanced All travel needs approval of manager. Lots of reporting and control. Nobody to talk to if you have a concern. People are constantly frightened of losing their job ( senior management included) and wondering who is next to go. If you are sacked you are asked to leave on the day with only 1 months salary. In one year i witnessed 15 people lose their job and this is only the ones i knew about.
