Pros

The pay wasn't bad considering.

Cons

Management seemed to only care about protecting themselves and their own job. No even flow in building. No pride in the quality of the homes...attitude was, just get it done and off our books. Warranty/customer service was horrible. They looked for any reason/excuse to deny a homeowners warranty claim.

Pros

Great culture with leadership team that is supportive and approachable.

Cons

Priorities can shift with market fluctuations (as expected) so there are times when expectations are high and pressure is increased.

Fairly flexable schedule. Good culture.

Cons

High stress with very stressed out homeoweners all the time. Corporated expects perfect surveys. CM's often kick major issues down the road to you until you have to deal with them.
