Pros

The pay and benefits are definitely big pros. Salary that was offered to me was more than I asked for. Insurance is pretty cheap with a few plans to choose from for health insurance. We went with the middle plan for our family and only cost about $240/month out of pocket ($120/pay check) and while it is a higher deductible plan ($4K family deductible for the plan we chose) the company offers an HSA and matches up to $100/month to put towards it. 15 days off per year for most everyone* plus 11 company holidays is really nice as well. * It always amuses me when sales people complain about having to work evenings and weekends. That is when people tour homes and can meet most of the time. You knew this going into the job.

Cons

As with a lot of production builders, the turn over can be pretty high at times. Especially in the construction department. And while they don't micromanage your daily schedule, the company is a "reports driven" company. So you will have to answer for anything not going 100% on schedule that shows up on multiple reports at the division, regional and company wide level.
