      I would suppose the salaries depending on your position....that's all I can think of.

      I'm not going to go into this long long response. It is just important for me to share to the person reading this that the good reviews are fake and were solicited by the company. Please trust me. I'm just trying to save you from the painful Meritage process which is taking the job, about six months in realizing that you made an absolutely horrible mistake...and then after that you will stay because you don't want it to look like you jump around on your resume, but during that time you will be absolutely MISERABLE and then you will just decide to take your chances and job search and have to explain a departure after 1-1.5 years of employment to a potential employer. During all of this...misery. You will most likely be miserable prior to your first 6 months. So...you have been warned and told the truth. The health insurance is a low cost monthly, but very high premiums. Good luck.

      Great culture with leadership team that is supportive and approachable.

      Cons

      Priorities can shift with market fluctuations (as expected) so there are times when expectations are high and pressure is increased.

      Fairly flexable schedule. Good culture.

      Cons

      High stress with very stressed out homeoweners all the time. Corporated expects perfect surveys. CM's often kick major issues down the road to you until you have to deal with them.
