Pros

High quality homes, smart focus on branding and technology, consideration for employees, opportunity to succeed, upbeat and down to earth culture, brand equity, mgmt willingness to assist

Cons

As a seasoned sales person you feel like you are starting over/at the bottom of the ladder, longer build times, some attitude among sales persons but that comes with the territory. Construction accountability is almost absent.

Great culture with leadership team that is supportive and approachable.

Cons

Priorities can shift with market fluctuations (as expected) so there are times when expectations are high and pressure is increased.

Fairly flexable schedule. Good culture.

Cons

High stress with very stressed out homeoweners all the time. Corporated expects perfect surveys. CM's often kick major issues down the road to you until you have to deal with them.
