Pros

This company is amazing and I'm thrilled to be a part of the Meritage Family. The leadership team is doing an amazing job with assisting Meritage employees with growth/development. I enjoy working with the leadership team and co-workers. This company is big on following it's core values and culture.

Great culture with leadership team that is supportive and approachable.

Cons

Priorities can shift with market fluctuations (as expected) so there are times when expectations are high and pressure is increased.

Fairly flexable schedule. Good culture.

Cons

High stress with very stressed out homeoweners all the time. Corporated expects perfect surveys. CM's often kick major issues down the road to you until you have to deal with them.
