Pros

Flexibility with your scheduling and great pay

Cons

Management did not care about over working the customer care team. Everything was about closing homes completed or not then everything got dumped on customer care to finish with out much support

Great culture with leadership team that is supportive and approachable.

Cons

Priorities can shift with market fluctuations (as expected) so there are times when expectations are high and pressure is increased.

Fairly flexable schedule. Good culture.

Cons

High stress with very stressed out homeoweners all the time. Corporated expects perfect surveys. CM's often kick major issues down the road to you until you have to deal with them.
