Pros
Small company that allows you to get involved in numerous projects - can actually see the work you do come to life which is very rewarding. The culture, people, and energy is great- it's easy to become "addicted" to your work here (in a good way). If you are passionate about pets and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, hands-on environment, recommend this company for you.
Cons
Small company that is growing very quickly (despite being purchased by global company), resulting in a large number of growing pains. Lots of upside, but there isn't much of a "company structure" that allows for clear career development.
