      Represent a great quality product & company. Solid ingredients & top notch values. Build great relationships & traveling experience. Family atmosphere, and tight team unity. Room for advancement & growth.

      Cons

      No cons... Only if you think that spending some long hours driving out on the road sometimes to meet with accounts, and or working several weekend events / trade shows is a con, then this job wouldn't suit you. Overall a great experience to work with the Merrick Family!

      Loved the Company product and passion for pets

      Cons

      Eat you alive and spit you out Absolutely ZERO work life balance and no plans to change it. 300 nights in a hotel my last year and physically could not handle more. They expect an unrealistic amount of IN PERSON visits and doing just the expectation gets you in trouble. Mandatory weekends 3x monthly.
