      High turnover for a reason. Management is horrible. Health insurance is expensive & uses “reference-based pricing health plans”

      Pros

      They are very flexible with schedules, the job is interesting die to the wide variety of assignments, there is a lot of learning opportunities and a great team culture.

      Cons

      Sometimes there's many events happening at the same time, and it can generate a heavier workload during those times but it's understandable and temporary.

      You are expendable, miles will be shorted, you will be treated accordingly
