      Laredo Yard is Nice big fairly new good showers

      El Paso has the worst fleet most incompetent dispatchers lazy they will set you up on purpose not answer the phone especially on weekends leaving you guessing when you’re 70 is up no Zero communication Zero Common Sense Slow Trucks i lost my mind and religion dealing with these Bums

      Pros

      They are very flexible with schedules, the job is interesting die to the wide variety of assignments, there is a lot of learning opportunities and a great team culture.

      Cons

      Sometimes there's many events happening at the same time, and it can generate a heavier workload during those times but it's understandable and temporary.
