      Pros

      You get a paycheck and their smoke and mirror routine to look past their complete oversights on management and frankly illegal DOT clock management is almost good enough to not be noticed.

      Cons

      Horrid management, response time to their drivers is absolutely abysmal, trying to get the needed load information is like pulling teeth, their DOT clocks run faster than they should killing driving time and arrival times, and they don't pay you the right miles, and they deduct from your paycheck for things like a truck recovery from THEIR OWN PROPERTY.

      Pros

      They are very flexible with schedules, the job is interesting die to the wide variety of assignments, there is a lot of learning opportunities and a great team culture.

      Cons

      Sometimes there's many events happening at the same time, and it can generate a heavier workload during those times but it's understandable and temporary.

      They will hire anyone and any status(SAP)

      Cons

      You are expendable, miles will be shorted, you will be treated accordingly
