      Pros

      Home weekly and paid weekly. Pretty much left alone as long as you do your job and on time. Able to pick your own route, good health insurance, cafeteria at main terminal

      Cons

      Pay can be more but it is what it is. Cold showers at main terminal, trucks are governed, apu’s are battery powered and give up quickly,

      Pros

      They are very flexible with schedules, the job is interesting die to the wide variety of assignments, there is a lot of learning opportunities and a great team culture.

      Cons

      Sometimes there's many events happening at the same time, and it can generate a heavier workload during those times but it's understandable and temporary.

      They will hire anyone and any status(SAP)

      Cons

      You are expendable, miles will be shorted, you will be treated accordingly
