      The company is very understanding when employees have emergencies.

      Cons

      There were too many managers that tried to run the departments. It would cause a lot of delay when trying to get approval from upper management.

      Pros

      They are very flexible with schedules, the job is interesting die to the wide variety of assignments, there is a lot of learning opportunities and a great team culture.

      Cons

      Sometimes there's many events happening at the same time, and it can generate a heavier workload during those times but it's understandable and temporary.

      You are expendable, miles will be shorted, you will be treated accordingly
