      Pay depends on how many miles you run and its hard to get fuel mpg bonus without going 55 on the highway, trucks are governed and long waiting times to get dispatcher to answer

      They are very flexible with schedules, the job is interesting die to the wide variety of assignments, there is a lot of learning opportunities and a great team culture.

      Cons

      Sometimes there's many events happening at the same time, and it can generate a heavier workload during those times but it's understandable and temporary.
