      Pros

      Small company, Started out good yet after have time there dispatch became just out right not knowing what are if there would be freight , Then became to the point that they were dispatch didn’t have freight to pickup, dispatch was very help at first

      Cons

      It became a hard for anything to get done, and couldn’t talk to anyone from time to time also trailers were had things that were wrong and we trying to get them fix are calling fleet manager very are to get in contact, also they should have a base here that way they can know what is going on with their own trailers instead of making there so much work on there drivers

      Pros

      They are very flexible with schedules, the job is interesting die to the wide variety of assignments, there is a lot of learning opportunities and a great team culture.

      Cons

      Sometimes there's many events happening at the same time, and it can generate a heavier workload during those times but it's understandable and temporary.

      You are expendable, miles will be shorted, you will be treated accordingly
