      No Pros didn’t get a good experience here at all

      Cons

      The loads are inconsistent The loads taken from you just quick as you my receive them Can’t talk to dispatch 24/7 you have to keep calling constantly til someone does answer They don’t respect the drivers Trucks are trash they don’t want to fix none of the issues when you report them I mean I can go on and on

      Pros

      They are very flexible with schedules, the job is interesting die to the wide variety of assignments, there is a lot of learning opportunities and a great team culture.

      Cons

      Sometimes there's many events happening at the same time, and it can generate a heavier workload during those times but it's understandable and temporary.

      You are expendable, miles will be shorted, you will be treated accordingly
